Key Responsibilities

  • Identity Verification: Accurately verify passenger identification documents and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Baggage Management: Tag, lift, and handle passenger baggage information, coordinating with ground‑handling teams to guarantee safe transport.
  • Reservation Management: Book, modify, and cancel flight reservations using arenaflex’s reservation system, while providing clear explanations of fare rules and options.
  • Flight Communication: Relay real‑time flight status updates, gate changes, and boarding information through arenaflex’s public address system and digital platforms.
  • Customer Education: Keep passengers informed about travel policies, security procedures, and any special requirements that may affect their journey.
