Position Overview

The Customer Service Associate role at arenaflex is the front line of our commitment to a remarkable customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend complementary products and promotional items, driving incremental sales through effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor, including shelf replenishment, product rotation (FIFO), and merchandising of seasonal displays.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and updating inventory records as directed by the shift supervisor.
  • Adhere to all state and local regulations concerning controlled substances, including age‑restricted items like alcohol and tobacco.
  • Support the photo department by operating photo kiosks, processing digital orders, and providing guidance on printing options and promotional products.
  • Handle online order fulfillment, including order picking, packaging, and notifying customers when their items are ready for pickup.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold store policies, safety standards, and loss‑prevention procedures, ensuring a secure environment for both customers and staff.
