Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center roadmap, ensuring that data pipelines, analytics tools, and reporting mechanisms are built to the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Define and communicate a clear strategy, prioritization framework, and operating procedures for the Customer Insight Center, aligning with broader business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Design, build, and scale data‑driven solutions that meet the security and privacy needs of internal stakeholders while enabling rapid extraction of actionable customer insights.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center, providing regular performance dashboards to leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends in customer behavior analytics, data security, privacy regulations, and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Design, arenaflex Interface, Data Engineering, arenaflex+, and Marketing teams to deliver world‑class customer insight solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and privacy.
  • Advocate for best practices in data governance, compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and ethical use of customer data throughout the organization.
  • Mentor junior analysts and product team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and data‑driven decision making.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a similar role within a large‑scale, consumer‑focused organization.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling data platforms, preferably in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security standards, with hands‑on experience implementing compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Self‑starter mindset with a track record of delivering results in remote or distributed team settings.
