Key Responsibilities

The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a critical liaison between arenaflex, our clients, and field technologists. The role demands a blend of technical aptitude, empathetic communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Problem Solving: Resolve routine and complex inquiries; escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Active Listening: Demonstrate superior listening skills to fully understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all interactions and order details in arenaflex’s system.
  • Manual Order Entry: Enter orders manually via fax when required, maintaining precision and speed.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
