Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates from various platforms, including Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Ladders, etc
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
- Manage the ATS and coordinate interviews
- Assist in offer negotiations and maintain recruitment metrics
Skills
- Recruitment experience, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Any Bachelor's degree
