The role involves conducting outreach, evaluating resumes, leading interviews, and managing offers while contributing to a collaborative recruiting environment.
Responsibilities
- Intro Calls - Conducting initial outreach and pre-qualification
- Application Review - Evaluating resumes and candidate qualifications
- Recruiter Screens - Leading structured video interviews
- Assessment Review - Reviewing proctored skills assessments
- Offers - Performing quality assurance reviews and managing offers
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience
- Review and screen large volumes of resumes with speed and accuracy
- Conduct structured video interviews with applicants
- Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions
- Maintain detailed and organized records of candidate interactions
- Escalate time‑sensitive hiring needs to the appropriate team members to maintain service‑level expectations
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights, collaborating, and supporting teammates
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities during peak hiring periods to meet volume and quality targets
Skills
- Experience screening resumes and interviewing applicants—or similar relevant experience
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- A stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone
- Legally authorized to work and reside in the United States
- Comfortable on video and have a quiet, professional workspace
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools
- Detail-oriented and don't mind repetitive tasks
- Calm under pressure and able to manage stress effectively
- A team player who can also work independently
