[Remote] Offshore Recruiter

They are hiring a remote Offshore Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for onsite interpreter positions, requiring a passion for talent acquisition and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for over 350 languages
- Develop and maintain interpreter relationships across the United States population
- Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the Onsite Recruiting Manager to increase interpreter engagement
- Achieve weekly recruiting goals established by the head of the department
- Utilize recruiting data and analytics to aid in achieving and maintaining fill-rate standards
- Using the ATS system, effectively manage candidate applications and flow
Skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Detail oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related field OR equivalent work experience
- 2+ years in a high-volume recruitment role
- Previous experience working in a metrics driven environment
- Previous experience working in the language services industry a plus
