Responsibilities

• Support and scale an advisor’s independent practice
• Provide proven processes for predictable and sustainable growth
• Help advisors break through capacity ceilings and reclaim time
• Offer back office and operations support to streamline processing
• Provide personalized coaching and business consulting to refine strategy and optimize processes
• Deliver tailored marketing and brand solutions
• Facilitate ease of doing business to reduce friction and increase productivity
• Implement advanced platform and technology suite for efficiency
• Design payout structures that reward growth
• Ensure transparent compensation with no hidden reductions
• Act as an independent contractor receiving a 1099
• Assist advisors in pursuing predictable outcomes
