[Remote] Adjunct of Human Resource Management (Undergraduate & Graduate)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Albright College is inviting applications for adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate human resource management courses in a fully online asynchronous format. The role involves facilitating engaging courses, providing feedback on student work, and fostering a supportive learning environment for adult learners.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging undergraduate and graduate-level courses in an asynchronous online environment using a course blueprint model
- Provide timely, substantive feedback on student work
- Support critical thinking, applied learning, and professional skill development
- Maintain an active and consistent instructional presence
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for adult learners
Skills
- Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership or a closely related field
- Experience teaching in online, accelerated, asynchronous formats
- Comfort using experiential learning strategies (e.g., applied research, simulations, certifications, AI-supported activities) within a pre-designed course
- Strong communication, feedback, and student engagement skills
- Doctoral degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership or a closely related field
- Master's degree with significant professional experience will be considered
- SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) and/or SHRM membership strongly preferred
- Familiarity with D2L Brightspace
- Professional or clinical experience preferred
