The role involves coordinating inquiries and investigations, managing operations for government investigation processes, and collaborating with various teams to support key initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate on inquiries and investigations, advising on response and strategy
- Partner with teams across the Client corporation to support a variety of key initiatives
- Manage PgM Operations for government investigation intake processes, including initial playbook and desktop procedure development
- Maintain SOPs/Playbooks
Skills
- Coordinate and collaborate on inquiries and investigations, advising on response and strategy
- Partner with teams across the Client corporation to support a variety of key initiatives
- Manage PgM Operations for government investigation intake processes, including initial playbook and desktop procedure development
- Maintain SOPs/Playbooks
- Experience in big 4 consulting, legal experience a bonus
- End-to-end project management experience and relevant certifications (Prince2, agile etc)
- Six Sigma a bonus
- 4+ years experience, minimum
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, communicate with lawyers/legal teams, support change management
