[Remote] Vice President of Business Development

The role focuses on building relationships and leading capture strategies within the space and national security sectors, particularly for high-growth companies and advanced technology businesses.
Responsibilities
- Building trusted relationships across government, military, and intelligence customers
- Leading capture strategy, shaping requirements, managing pipelines, and winning competitive programmes
- Working with primes, government integrators, commercial space companies, or dual-use technology businesses
- Selling into classified, defence, IC, or highly technical mission environments
Skills
- Strong track record selling complex space, defence, or national security solutions into the US Government
- Experience with high-growth space companies, primes, scale-ups, and advanced technology businesses supporting mission-critical programmes
- Experience in BD, Growth, Capture, and Strategy roles
- Experience selling into or supporting programmes across US Space Force, Space Systems Command, DARPA, NRO, NGA, NASA, NOAA, MDA, wider DoD, and the Intelligence Community
- Relevant experience in space systems, satellite communications, ISR, remote sensing, SDA, missile warning, PNT, launch, ground systems, autonomy, AI/ML, cybersecurity, data platforms, or mission software
- Ability to build trusted relationships across government, military, and intelligence customers
- Experience leading capture strategy, shaping requirements, managing pipelines, and winning competitive programmes
- Experience working with primes, government integrators, commercial space companies, or dual-use technology businesses
- Experience selling into classified, defence, IC, or highly technical mission environments
