[Remote] Enterprise Account Manager

They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to manage enterprise accounts, drive revenue growth, and build deep client partnerships during a period of rapid growth and product expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts with full responsibility for retention, expansion, and overall revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client business goals and Minty’s product capabilities
- Identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Minty ecosystem
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and senior stakeholders within client organizations
- Lead renewal processes and commercial negotiations to drive long-term partnership value
- Partner closely with Client Success to ensure seamless onboarding, performance optimization, and ongoing client health
- Use data and insights to proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and unlock incremental revenue
- Clearly communicate business impact, ROI, and program success through regular business reviews (QBRs)
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product, strategy, and go-to-market decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver against client objectives and ensure a high-quality client experience
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account reporting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles within SaaS, eCommerce, AdTech, or MarTech
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell success
- Experience managing enterprise-level clients and navigating complex organizations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiations and contract management
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and client-facing strategies
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Preference and proven ability to work in a fully remote environment
