They are seeking a talented remote recruiting professional to support recruitment initiatives, particularly in attracting top culinary talent and senior foodservice operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment initiatives for one of the world’s largest employers
• Partner with major brand accounts to attract top culinary talent and senior foodservice operations leaders
• Utilize social media tools to attract top talent
• Work closely with a matrixed organization
• Gather and present target market analytics

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field is preferred; or 5 years of direct experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in leveraging social media tools
• Ability to assess high-level talent and make recommendations to internal business clients
• Understands business strategies and able to interweave recruitment strategy
• Hospitality or Foodservice background is highly desired
• Previous experience recruiting foodservice professionals preferred
