[Remote] Paid Media Program Manager

Dahl Consulting is a global leader in technology solutions supporting various industries, and they are seeking a Paid Media Program Manager to drive strategic growth across paid marketing channels. This role focuses on building and scaling paid media programs that enhance performance and support long-term marketing success by developing frameworks and enabling global teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and launch emerging and strategic paid media channels (e.g., software review platforms, social platforms, programmatic, and retail media networks)
- Develop channel strategies, use cases, and audience frameworks aligned to the full marketing funnel
- Build scalable program frameworks, including testing roadmaps, success criteria, and enablement documentation
- Partner with data and marketing operations teams to activate first-party data and intent-based audience segments (including 6sense integrations)
- Establish governance for audience segmentation, naming conventions, refresh cadences, and QA processes
- Improve targeting accuracy through lifecycle segmentation, suppression strategies, and data-driven audience management
- Develop and manage third-party review generation programs across platforms such as G2 and Capterra
- Collaborate with product marketing and customer-facing teams to align messaging, proof points, and campaign goals
- Create and implement landing page and campaign best practices focused on conversion optimization and user experience
- Build program documentation, templates, and workflows to enable scalability across global teams
- Provide training and onboarding support for new tools, platforms, and programs
- Maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with business priorities and growth opportunities
- Partner with external agencies to support campaign deployment, with a strong emphasis on strategy and program oversight
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a focus on program strategy, campaign frameworks, and channel expansion
- Hands-on experience with the 6sense advertising platform, including campaign setup and audience activation
- Strong understanding of multi-channel paid media, including brand, programmatic, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising
- Experience managing audience segmentation, data integrations, and lead generation workflows
- Proven ability to build scalable processes, templates, and program frameworks
- Experience developing and managing review generation campaigns across software review platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics and measure program performance
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and operations
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise-level organizations
- Experience working in both B2B and B2C marketing environments
- Familiarity with global campaign enablement and multi-region program rollout
- Experience collaborating with external media agencies for execution and optimization
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, CRO principles, and campaign-to-site alignment
- Background in marketing technology ecosystems, including tracking, targeting systems, and data flows
