[Remote] Key Account Manager

EMS-GRIVORY is a global leader in high-performance engineering polymers, and they are seeking multiple experienced Key Account Managers to drive strategic business development and expand relationships with OEMs and other stakeholders in the Consumer Goods market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and collaborating with global teams to support customer development.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within the Consumer Goods market
• Grow strategic accounts and build relationships with engineering, purchasing, and executive stakeholders
• Lead material conversion and specification projects from concept through commercialization
• Collaborate with global teams to support customer development and business growth
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activities

Skills

• 5+ years of B2B sales and business development experience in engineering plastics, polymers, resins, or related materials
• Proven success developing new business and growing strategic accounts
• Experience managing technical, project-based sales cycles
• Strong ability to engage both engineering and commercial decision-makers
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical discipline
• Background in engineering thermoplastics, polyamides, injection molding, or product development
