[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PlanOmatic is a company that provides professional photos, floor plans, and 3D solutions for rentals nationwide. They are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to transform the property management industry's approach to vacant properties by building relationships with property managers and guiding them through PlanOmatic's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Sales Experience - You have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience selling to a wide range of clients. You have proven experience as a top performer, achieving and exceeding your quotas, demonstrating sharp sales acumen and very strong communication skills. Previous experience with PropTech and/or Property Management companies is a plus. Experience leveraging a CRM such as Hubspot is preferred
- Face-to-face selling - You’ll meet property managers where they are at, visit potential clients, and attend regional, state, and national events in the industry. Expected travel for this role is 50%, minimum
- Prospecting & Lead Generation - You’ll generate lists of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close
- Product Knowledge - Act as a subject matter expert in PlanOmatic’s products and services, staying up to speed on new product & feature rollouts. Educate potential clients on the value and impact that PlanOmatic can have on their business
- New Business - You’ll be selling in the field and conducting demos that show the value of our products and services. You’ll be focused on closing new business, hitting and exceeding your quota
- Sales Operations - Leverage Hubspot and other sales tools to manage all sales activities
- Relationship Building - We Create Genuine Relationships. Not only do we want to sell our product to property managers, we want to build relationships with them. The better we understand the people within our industry, the better we can develop our product to meet their needs
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Together We Win. You’ll work closely with internal partners such as Client Success, Operations, Marketing, and Product to sharpen our sales approach and grow our client base
- Client Centricity - You’re an advocate for the client. You’ll capture feedback, observe, and understand how our industry can leverage PlanOmatic. Act as a voice of the client internally, identifying areas of improvement and communicating feedback to teams

You exemplify and champion the habit of consistent tracking, analyzing, and leveraging of key performance indicators to keep your new business efforts operating smoothly and provide cross-functional partners with visibility into the sales pipeline
Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience selling to a wide range of clients

- Willing and excited to travel, with expected travel for this role being 50%, minimum
- Must reside in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, or Alabama
- Act as a subject matter expert in PlanOmatic's products and services
