Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with company growth objectives and organizational culture
- Partner closely with executive leadership to support scaling, integration, and operational alignment
- Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives
- Strengthen employee engagement and performance management programs across the organization
- Foster a high-accountability, people-focused culture during periods of growth and change
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR operations with a focus on scalability and employee experience
- Ensure policies, practices, and processes remain compliant and operationally effective
- Leverage HR systems and analytics to improve reporting, decision-making, and process efficiency
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement development programs
- Support organizational design and integration initiatives tied to company growth
- Build programs that strengthen management effectiveness and long-term talent development
- Address employee relations matters with consistency, fairness, and sound judgment
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions
- Partner with legal and leadership teams to mitigate organizational risk
- Build and lead a high-performing HR organization
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and service standards across the function
- Balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
Skills
- Significant HR leadership experience, including time serving as a senior HR executive within scaling organizations
- Experience operating in high-growth, private capital-backed, or acquisition-driven environments
- Proven track record leading organizational integration and change management initiatives
- Strong background across talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, and HR operations
- Experience building scalable people systems, processes, and organizational structures
- Business-first mindset with the ability to align people strategy with operational and financial goals
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to move between strategy and execution
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence leadership teams and boards
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with high organizational complexity
