Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI applications and systems
- Design and optimize solutions using Large Language Models and frameworks like langchain
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Create robust Python-based implementations to enhance AI capabilities and scalability
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Monitor performance of deployed solutions and implement enhancements as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in Generative AI technologies
- Strong experience with Large Language Models
- Expertise in frameworks such as LangChain, Langraph, Cursor, RAG, MCP
- Advanced Python programming skills
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in AI development and implementation
