[Remote] Field Product Manager | Observability

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bitmovin is a global Series-C SaaS scale-up that provides award-winning video streaming technology to world-renowned brands. They are hiring their first Field Product Manager for Observability in the Americas, responsible for market development, technical pre-sales, and product representation to enhance customer engagement and product roadmap input.

Responsibilities

• Own Observability's market development in the Americas: target accounts, demos, technical pre-sales, and proof-of-value engagements
• Run product demos and discovery sessions. You are the product expert in the room
• Source and shape OEM and embed partnerships that put Observability in front of new audiences
• Translate customer signal into prioritized roadmap input for the engineering team in Europe
• Represent Observability externally at conferences, in webinars, and through written thought leadership
• Use AI tooling in your day-to-day (demo prep, account research, competitive teardowns) to move faster than a traditional field PM

Skills

• 3+ years in a field-facing role: Field PM, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Technical PMM
• Comfortable owning a live demo and a technical discovery call without a backstop
• Technical depth in either observability / data tooling (Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, Honeycomb, etc.) or video streaming and media tech
• Track record of turning customer conversations into product decisions
• Willing to take EU-morning calls a few times per week and travel ~25–30%
• Experience launching a new product or category into an existing customer base
• Background working with European engineering teams
• Hands-on use of AI tooling in your workflow today (Cursor, Claude, custom agents, etc.)
• Prior exposure to OEM, embed, or partnership-led GTM motions
