[Remote] Senior Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AiPrise is a Global Compliance Platform that assists cross-border fintechs with their verification processes. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the roadmap for a key part of their compliance platform, collaborating closely with various teams to deliver impactful solutions for customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap and execution for your product area, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs
- Make prioritization calls and ship work with accountability
- Own high-impact product initiatives that span teams and functions, helping define strategy, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes across the business
- Collaborate with engineering and design to create detailed product specifications
- Drive high-quality product development from discovery through delivery
- Break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable steps
- Work with the team to implement pragmatic, high-impact solutions
- Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into product requirements
- Run demos and onboarding sessions, and partner directly with key accounts
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep teams informed on progress, tradeoffs, and decisions
Skills
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of independently driving product strategy and execution, and experience mentoring PMs or driving outcomes across multiple functions
- Proven track record of owning and shipping products end-to-end in fintech, compliance, or developer-facing products
- Strong technical background — you can debug an API integration with an engineer and reason about system trade-offs
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills
- Self-driven: you can land in a new domain, get up to speed quickly, and drive outcomes without hand-holding
- Experience working directly with enterprise or strategic customers
- Comfortable holding the line on priorities under pressure from customers and internal partners
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions
