[Remote] Associate Enterprise Application Administrator

The Associate Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for the effective operations and administration of enterprise applications, including managing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting users.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the analyst to meet with business owners, document requirements, and implement them effectively with team or manager guidance
- Perform maintenance and customization of designated systems and provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
- Develop reports and dashboards as requested
- Implement basic security measures and configurations for enterprise applications and execute a business continuity disaster recovery plan if needed
- Assist in maintaining system documentation and provide training and assistance to single users or a small group of users
- Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes
- Perform other job duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 0-1 years related work experience
- Atlassian experience
- Scripting experience
- Healthcare industry experience
