[Remote] GCP Data Engineering

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VARITE INC is a global IT services and consulting company headquartered in India, seeking a GCP Data Engineer to join their team. The role involves building core capabilities for Contract and Policy Intelligence, working on MVP development, and assisting with the implementation phases of the project using GCP data engineering technologies.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 5+ years of data engineering experience and working knowledge of these technologies within GCP, various SQL tech, Github, API tech
• GCP Suite including, Cloud Functions, GCS Buckets, Pub/Sub Topics, Firestore DB, Cloud Scheduler, Artifact Registry
• Github Copilot, Github
• All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities
• Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise
• Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows
• Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity
