[Remote] Business Operations Specialist

Scale Content Inc. is a U.S.–based digital media company powering a fast-growing network of editorial brands that reach 50+ million readers every month. They are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support their growing media and content operations in the US market, working closely with leadership, editorial teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution across various initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day media and content operations across various brands and teams
- Coordinate with US-based reporters, PR teams, and internal editorial teams for events, interviews, premieres, award shows, and other entertainment coverage
- Help ensure smooth planning and execution before, during, and after events
- Assist in exploring and managing content distribution across platforms like TikTok, X, and other US-based content platforms
- Support outreach and communication with external partners, agencies, and content sources
- Coordinate internally with editorial, social, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives
- Help organize workflows, trackers, schedules, and operational follow-ups across teams
- Support new business initiatives, content opportunities, and evolving operational requirements
Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in media, publishing, content, entertainment, or digital operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital media, content publishing, and social platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Someone who is looking to grow alongside a scaling media business
- Candidates ideally from LA, NYC, or DC
