[Remote] Business Development Manager

This role involves developing growth strategies, building relationships with key accounts, and monitoring industry trends to influence product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute U.S. Pharma growth strategies
- Build relationships with key Pharma, Biotech, and CDMO accounts
- Lead national account planning and opportunity development
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitive activity
- Partner with sales, engineering, and service teams to drive growth
Skills
- Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing and Pharma processing technologies
- Experience with major Pharma accounts, CDMOs, or biotech clusters
- Ability to build and lead commercial teams in technical markets
- Knowledge of bioprocessing, sterile processing, separation, or fluid handling technologies
