[Remote] Eightfold Implementation Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TechDoQuest is seeking an Eightfold Implementation Consultant to manage the end-to-end professional services lifecycle for clients. The role involves configuring the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, integrating with core HCM systems, and supporting global implementation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Eightfold Configuration & Tuning
• Hands-on experience configuring the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, including:
• Calibration
• Talent Discovery
• Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) modules
• Skills Taxonomy Design / Mapping
• Expertise in aligning Eightfold’s skills taxonomy with:
• Job architectures
• Global talent profiles
• Enabling AI-driven matching and mobility
• Workday / System Integration
• Experience with bi-directional integrations between:
• Eightfold
• Core HCM systems (e.g., Workday)
• Ensuring seamless data flow for candidates and employees
• AI Model Calibration
• Experience refining AI models to:
• Improve matching accuracy
• Reduce false positives in candidate screening
• Global Rollout & Change Management
• Supporting global implementation by:
• Driving adoption
• Conducting user training
• Providing post-go-live support

Skills

• Take over the end-to-end professional services lifecycle from the product vendor to deliver cost-optimized, high-quality platform solutions for the client
• Eightfold Configuration & Tuning
• Hands-on experience configuring the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, including: Calibration, Talent Discovery, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) modules
• Skills Taxonomy Design / Mapping
• Expertise in aligning Eightfold's skills taxonomy with: Job architectures, Global talent profiles, Enabling AI-driven matching and mobility
• Workday / System Integration
• Experience with bi-directional integrations between: Eightfold, Core HCM systems (e.g., Workday)
• Ensuring seamless data flow for candidates and employees
• AI Model Calibration
• Experience refining AI models to: Improve matching accuracy, Reduce false positives in candidate screening

• 2+ years of direct Eightfold.ai implementation or administration experience
• Strong experience in HR Tech implementations (AI / skills-based platforms)
• Deep experience with Workday integration & API connectivity
• Strong background in: Data normalization, Large-scale talent data migration
• Blended Onsite/Offshore model
• Focus on cost reduction compared to vendor professional services
