[Remote] Claims Operations & Data Analyst | Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. King's Insurance Staffing is seeking a Claims Operations & Data Analyst to join their team. This role will focus on analyzing claims operations, optimizing business processes, and leveraging data to improve operational performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate claims-related business processes, operational workflows, and system functionality to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, process improvement, and automation
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and procedures to support operational enhancements and technology-driven initiatives
• Monitor and assess key performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support the planning, testing, implementation, and adoption of process and system improvements

Skills

• 3 - 5+ years of analytical and reporting experience utilizing SQL, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools to extract, validate, analyze, and present actionable business insights
• Prior experience within the property & casualty insurance industry, with knowledge of claims operations, claims systems, or claims administration platforms strongly preferred
• Experience supporting business and technology initiatives through Agile methodologies, process/workflow documentation, cloud-based platforms, and tools used for process mapping, collaboration, and reporting
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into practical solutions
