[Remote] Senior Customer Service Specialist / Team Lead ($50/hr, up to $1,000/week)

Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team, seeking experienced customer service professionals to help train their latest language model on customer service and support tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated work across various service workflows such as complaint resolution and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core service workflows: complaint resolution scripts, escalation documentation, customer communication drafting, refund and policy application cases, and service quality assessments
Skills
- Senior customer service rep or team lead with 5+ years at a top company
- Strong expertise in complaint handling, escalation management, and customer communication
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
