They are seeking an Executive Assistant to support attorneys and leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization
- Coordinate appointments, reservations, and logistics for internal and external meetings
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow coordination
- Maintain accurate calendar entries, including out-of-office schedules
- Assist in managing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met
- Respond to emails and communications in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and maintain attorneys’ calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
Skills
- Full-time availability required
- Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST
- Location: Remote
- Strong English communication skills required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Software required: Centerbase (calendar and matter management)
- Software required: Communicator Go 7 (VOIP system)
- Software required: NetDocs (document management system)
- Software required: Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel
- Legal experience preferred
