[Remote] Business Development Representative (LATAM)

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers across multiple channels, directly contributing to pipeline growth and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and other prospecting channels
- Consistently execute high-volume outbound calling activities and confidently engage prospective customers in live conversations
- Identify high-potential target accounts and develop thoughtful outreach strategies tailored to key stakeholders
- Conduct initial conversations to understand business challenges, assess fit, and qualify opportunities for the sales team
- Create and nurture opportunities that contribute directly to sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve prospecting efficiency, research, personalization, and productivity
- Represent Incode at industry events, conferences, dinners, and networking opportunities to identify and develop new business relationships
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline progression
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to execute account strategies and maximize opportunity creation
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently over the phone
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them into daily workflows
- Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as part of pipeline generation efforts
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity, cybersecurity, or related technology industries
