[Remote] Cloud Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Medasource is seeking to enhance its cloud infrastructure and automation capabilities by hiring an Infrastructure as Code Engineer. This role involves building, maintaining, and improving infrastructure automation across cloud environments while collaborating with various engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Building, maintaining, and improving infrastructure automation across cloud environments
• Supporting cloud platform work, automation, environment provisioning, and infrastructure standardization across engineering teams
• Collaborating with cloud engineers, DevOps teams, application teams, and platform stakeholders

Skills

• Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience, preferably Terraform
• Experience working in AWS or hybrid cloud environments
• Ability to build, modify, and maintain reusable infrastructure modules
• Experience with cloud provisioning, configuration, automation, and environment management
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and collaborate with engineering teams
• Strong scripting or automation experience
• Understanding of cloud networking, compute, storage, IAM, and security fundamentals
• Comfortable working in a collaborative engineering environment
• Dynatrace experience
• GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tooling
• Experience with observability, monitoring, alerting, or SRE practices
• Experience supporting platform engineering or cloud center of excellence teams
• Healthcare experience
• Experience with cloud migration or data center exit initiatives
• Lead engineering experience or ability to mentor junior engineers
