[Remote] National Account Manager - Technical Instrumentation

DSJ Global is seeking a driven sales professional with a strong background in selling technical instrumentation or capital equipment into industrial or manufacturing environments. The role requires managing complex sales cycles and delivering value-based solutions in specialized markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline through new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver solution demonstrations
- Understand customer needs related to color measurement and communication
- Qualify and convert marketing leads into closed sales opportunities
- Achieve annual sales and forecasting targets
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts using Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth
- Ability to travel extensively (approximately 60-70%)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 5-8 years of strategic sales management experience
- Proven ability to manage national or global customer accounts
- Experience selling capital equipment is a plus
- Demonstrated success building territories, growing existing business, and acquiring new customers
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven professional
