- Measure success through time-to-fill, candidate quality, and alignment with hiring expectations
Skills
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically for sales positions
- Ability to manage candidate pipelines and deliver hires
- Strong focus on execution, throughput, and consistent delivery
- Discipline and accountability in a remote work environment
- Ability to align with overall recruiting strategy and standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to measure success through defined metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate experience
- Idaho-based candidates preferred
- Experience working in a performance-driven recruiting environment
- Experience with KPIs related to hiring outcomes
