[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Scott Humphrey Corporation is a national general contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager for their warehouse and cold storage division. The role involves managing complex projects independently from preconstruction through closeout, including budget, schedule, and client communications.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end — preconstruction through closeout, including budget, schedule, subcontractors, and owner communications
- Coordinate refrigeration systems, insulated metal panels, and cold storage-specific MEP scopes
- Manage trade partner procurement and buyout; drive execution through punch list and turnover
- Serve as primary client contact and run all project reporting and OAC meetings
Skills
- 8+ years of construction PM experience; background in warehouse, cold storage, or distribution facilities preferred
- Comfortable owning projects $20M+ with full budget and schedule accountability
- Proficient in Procore
- OSHA 30 required
- Background in warehouse, cold storage, or distribution facilities preferred
- Familiarity with tilt-wall, pre-engineered metal buildings, or refrigerated construction a plus
