[Remote] Forward Deployed AI Engineer, Remote, US only as travel, $120,000 - $175,000 OTE + Equity, ML, GenAI, or AI applications in production, Kubernetes

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Space Executive is a rapidly growing Series C AI company that helps leading enterprises optimize AI and agentic systems at scale. The Forward Deployed AI Engineer will work closely with customers, advising them on AI best practices and supporting them throughout the AI development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Advising enterprise customers on AI, GenAI, and ML best practices
• Working closely with leading ML and LLM engineering teams
• Delivering technical product demonstrations and workshops
• Supporting customers throughout the AI development lifecycle
• Conducting strategic business reviews alongside Sales teams
• Partnering with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions
• Driving adoption, expansion, and long-term customer success

Skills

• Experience building or supporting ML, GenAI, or AI applications in production
• Strong understanding of model development, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, agents, or modern AI frameworks
• Knowledge of tools such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience working within AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and business audiences
• Customer-facing experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Success Engineering
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• Experience presenting technical solutions to executive stakeholders
