[Remote] Specialist, Events & Demand Generation - Marketing Department
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VIVOTEK USA Inc. is a global technology-driven IP surveillance solutions provider founded in Taiwan in 2000. They are seeking a Specialist in Events & Demand Generation to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that drive qualified demand and pipeline growth, ensuring alignment between digital programs and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, webinars, and integrated event follow-ups
- Manage email and nurture campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamics to drive lead acquisition, engagement, and conversion
- Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies to support targeted outreach and account-based initiatives
- Own the end-to-end webinar program strategy and execution within Zoom, from setup and promotion through post-event lead follow-up
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and pipeline contribution
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 events, including trade shows, roadshows, partner events, and customer engagements
- Own event logistics end-to-end, including product placement strategy, equipment requirements, internet connectivity, booth setup, and vendor coordination
- Ensure events are executed to a high standard, delivering consistent brand presence and a strong customer experience
- Partner with sales to align event goals, lead capture strategy, and post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline impact
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and internal coordination to ensure flawless execution
- Oversee the development of event and demand generation collateral, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and sales enablement assets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure creative assets align with brand standards and campaign objectives
- Support the creation of visual and messaging assets that enhance campaign performance and event engagement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and event marketing
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person events that support pipeline growth
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Constant Contact)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
