[Remote] Partner Marketing Specialist (Temp)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trace3 is a leading Transformative IT Authority, providing unique technology solutions and consulting services to clients. The Partner Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining Manufacturer Relationships and building strategic go-to-market plans with partners, overseeing the claiming team and process for partner funding, and collaborating with various teams to execute marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide funding marketing tactics and lead the collection of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for assigned partners. Work with Channel Partners to ensure all requirements are fulfilled to complete the processing of the claim and timely payment
- Monitor and measure performance of MDF program
- Understand the business structure, go-to-market strategy and incorporate partners into strategic companywide tactics
- Collaborate with the sales teams, BU leaders, engineering and marketing field (events) team to fund go to market initiatives
- Work closely with the teams within Marketing to plan and coordinate Partner Management engagements
- Assist the manufactures in identifying leads for potential business and a return on their investments
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Defines, implements, continually improves claiming process to streamline where possible
- Oversees claiming process across entire partner landscape
- Acts as a point of escalation for partner funding related discussions or issues
- Manages claiming team and overall process
Skills
- + Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college required
- + A minimum of 2 years of experience in channel or partner marketing
- + Strong project management skills to manage initiatives for multiple priorities
- + Ability to work independently as a problem solver in a fast-paced environment
- + Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, clients and upper management
- + Strong organizational skills
- + Good command of written and spoken English
- + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
