[Remote] Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Y Meadows is a company that provides a SaaS platform designed to automate order processing for distributors and manufacturers. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating qualified leads for the sales team, managing all aspects of the demand engine including website, paid advertising, and outbound campaigns, while also overseeing one SDR and outside contractors.
Responsibilities
- Own lead generation for the sales team — set targets, run the channels, report on what's working
- Manage and develop one SDR, and coordinate outside contractors (design, content, web, paid media)
- Run the website: content, landing pages, conversion, and the tools behind it
- Plan and execute paid advertising across search and social
- Build and run outbound campaigns in Apollo.io, including list building, sequencing, and deliverability (email domains, warm-up, reputation)
- Plan our trade show presence end to end — selection, logistics, booth, follow-up
- Put AI tools to work across content, research, and campaign operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with demonstrated lead-gen results
- Hands-on range: you've personally run websites, ad campaigns, outbound email, and events — not just managed agencies that did
- Comfort with a modern stack: Apollo.io (or similar), web/CMS and analytics tools, email infrastructure, and AI tools
- Experience managing at least one direct report or coordinating contractors
- A practical, numbers-first style — you'd rather show pipeline than impressions
- Experience marketing to operations, supply chain, or manufacturing audiences
- Familiarity with ERP or order-management ecosystems
