[Remote] Customer Success Specialist - WFH

They are seeking a Customer Success Specialist who will manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery, while empowering clients to meet their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated contact for clients, championing their needs and satisfaction
- Foster clear and effective communication both internally and with clients
- Educate and empower clients on critical financial topics, including insurance and retirement planning
- Customize financial solutions to align with each client's unique challenges and aspirations
- Proactively seek and implement strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities, enhancing the value delivered to clients
Skills
- Must be 18+ years and legally eligible to work in the U.S
- Successfully pass a thorough background check
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, with the ability to generate insightful reports
- A keen eye for recognizing opportunities for growth and enhancement in client portfolios
- Willingness to obtain a Life Producer license shortly after onboarding
- A background in customer service, leadership, or management is highly beneficial
- Experience or familiarity with educational, coaching, military, or athletic sectors valued
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a steadfast dedication to client success
- Advanced negotiation and technical problem-solving skills are a plus
