[Remote] Social Media Manager

Reflex Media, Inc. is a next-generation high-tech marketing company based in Las Vegas, NV, seeking a Social Media Manager to lead their social media strategy and content creation efforts. The role involves overseeing a social media team, managing campaigns, and driving engagement and brand presence across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee & manage a small social media team for cohesive and consistent content (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
- Create engaging, UGC-style social media content that aligns with the company's voice, including featuring yourself in videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Drive growth in engagement, audience size & brand presence
- Develop brand awareness and execute social strategy
- Monitor trending topics & viral content
- Utilize tools like CapCut & Canva for content creation
- Quickly create & engage with content around trending topics & viral content
- Manage a consistent social content calendar
- Oversee copy for all social channels (TikTok, IG, Twitter)
- Monitor social metrics and prepare performance reports
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the social team for high-quality, creative output
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of social media productions, campaign content shoots, lifestyle productions, and brand activations that support business and marketing objectives
- Own social strategy and content planning for influencer events, experiential activations, pop-ups, and branded experiences to maximize reach, engagement, and brand awareness
- Direct on-site social coverage during events, overseeing real-time content creation, live social storytelling, creator coordination, and audience engagement
- Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, creators, influencers, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution of productions and activations
- Develop and oversee production timelines, run-of-show documents, shot lists, content capture plans, and event deliverables to ensure projects are executed on schedule and within scope
- Identify and capitalize on real-time social trends, creator content opportunities, and viral moments to amplify campaign performance and audience engagement
- Lead influencer participation and content execution, including talent coordination, deliverables management, approvals, and event logistics
- Partner with Brand, Creative, PR, and Marketing teams to ensure all event and activation content aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and business goals
- Analyze activation and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future social productions, influencer programs, and experiential campaigns
- Manage budgets, production resources, and vendor relationships as needed to support efficient and impactful event execution
Skills
- 2 years minimum management experience
- In-depth knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Social Media
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
