[Remote] Recruitment Specialist

They are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, build relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract qualified candidates across regional operations
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection to ensure timely hiring
- Support employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry contacts to support ongoing hiring needs
- Prepare and publish job advertisements across appropriate channels and platforms
- Coordinate internal job postings and employee referral activities
- Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment verification processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate tracking data
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction activities
