[Remote] Office & Operations Administrator

They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support their business development and operational teams, combining day-to-day administrative coordination with accurate data management in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and support communication across internal teams
- Accurately enter, update, and review business and client-related data across internal systems
- Verify source documents, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data completeness and consistency
- Maintain organized digital filing systems, records, and documentation
- Prepare meeting notes, routine operational summaries, and basic internal reports
- Update spreadsheets and workflow tracking tools with timely, accurate information
- Assist in maintaining and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor task lists and follow up on assigned action items
- Follow data handling, quality, and confidentiality standards at all times
- Meet defined productivity and accuracy benchmarks
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 year of experience in administrative, data entry, coordination, or office support roles
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently within a structured, process-driven remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote work setup
- Exposure to business development, sales, or operations data
- Familiarity with workflow or task management tools
