[Remote] Salesforce Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accion Labs is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The role involves the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of B2B/B2C Salesforce orgs, as well as participating in SCRUM ceremonies and planning.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of B2B/B2C Salesforce orgs(and associated add-ons) as a contributing member of the Salesforce development team, participating in all SCRUM ceremonies and planning
• Recommend, design and create technical solutions to maximize Client s business productivity and optimize for support, usability, and flexibility for the long-term
• Responsible for the organization and tracking of your individual work within the context of your team, while supporting your team’s success as a whole

Skills

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on Salesforce administrative experience is strongly preferred
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience in declaratively configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Comfort with Process Builder, Flow, Validation rules, and reporting
• Experience in Requirements gathering and associated discovery work
• Salesforce additional certifications
• Experience with implementing other Salesforce products and add-ons such as Einstein, Tableau CRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, LinkedInNavigator, etc
• Experience utilizing tools such as JIRA, Asana, LucidChart, Confluence, Workbench, and Gearset
• Experience with EDA architecture and/or Salesforce solutions as applied to educational institutions
