[Remote] Sr Digital Product Manager - Infrastructure & Operations

They are seeking a Sr Digital Product Manager on the Infrastructure & Operations team to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of infrastructure products and services, collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure products, services, and engineering productivity tools
- Partner with engineering and application teams to translate technical requirements into clear business value and priorities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to develop user stories, refine backlogs, and support delivery execution
- Build alignment across business and technical stakeholders using data, research, and product management best practices
- Track, report, and drive progress on key initiatives to ensure successful outcomes across the product lifecycle
Skills
- You have a high school diploma (required) and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), along with 10–15 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex business challenges through technology
- Skilled at turning ambiguity into clear, actionable insights
- Effective influencer who can educate and align stakeholders at all levels
- Confident in negotiation and consensus-building across cross-functional teams
- Experienced facilitator who leads collaborative, detail-oriented working sessions
- Proven ability to lead and influence interdisciplinary teams across the organization
- Trusted partner who fosters collaboration and builds strong relationships
- Some minimal annual travel may be required
- Agile-minded, with Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar certifications preferred

This program includes both virtual and in-person training. The in-person sessions will take place at Symetra’s corporate headquarters in Bellevue, Washington. Symetra covers all travel and accommodation expenses.
