[Remote] Remote ABA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Recruiter

They are seeking a motivated BCBA Recruiter to source, engage, and place Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with partner clinics nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified BCBA candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruiting platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ABA providers
- Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview/offer process
- Track candidate progress and ensure accurate communication throughout the hiring pipeline
- Meet or exceed placement targets to maximize commission earnings
Skills
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (healthcare or ABA field strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of ABA industry, terminology, and roles (BCBA, RBT, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
