[Remote] Program Manager

Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc. is a leading technical solutions and consulting partner that has been providing high-quality IT services for over 25 years. They are seeking a Program Manager to develop and manage project plans for localization projects, coordinate with teams and vendors, and improve localization workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for localization projects
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for all localization-related inquiries
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks
- Analyze existing localization workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on localization trends and tools to implement best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, communication)
- 5+ years of experience in PM, preferably in localization or translation services
- Strong understanding of localization processes, tools, and methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) and localization tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP or Related Certification
- Knowledge of internationalization (i18n) and Localization (L10n) best practices
- Experience with Machine Translation (MT) and post-editing
- Knowledge of Azure, Data Center or Training related tech translation is a plus
- Knowledge of AIGC/LLM translation is a plus
- Cloud Products / documentation Loc PM experience is a big plus
