- Experience running ROAS-optimized or revenue-driving campaigns
- Expertise working hands-on-keyboard inside platforms like Meta or Google in the past year
- Managing bids and budgets
- Building out campaigns and ads to a degree where you can effectively quality check builds
- Leveraging measurement and experimentation tools
- Managed paid media campaigns optimized toward purchases or revenue (not just traffic or leads)
- Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Paid Search or Paid Social
