[Remote] Technical Recruiter (Part-Time, Contract) – Mexico City, Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. G2 Advisors is a strategic consultancy specializing in executive search and management coaching for growth-stage companies. They are seeking a part-time Recruiter to focus on sourcing Tech and Go to Market talent in the Mexico City market, responsible for managing the hiring funnel and collaborating with a remote team.
Responsibilities
- Own the top of the hiring funnel for Tech and Go to Market talent in Mexico City (sourcing, personalized outreach, and candidate screening) including targeted, high-touch searches for Senior Software Engineers
- Build pipelines independently, advise on the local talent market, and collaborate asynchronously with a New York–based team
Skills
- Proven experience sourcing and engaging senior engineers; fintech, payments, or banking hiring experience is advantageous
- Experience recruiting across both Tech and Go to Market roles, including higher-volume pipelines
- Deep knowledge of the Mexico City talent market
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong hands-on sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and personalized outreach that converts
- Comfort with modern recruiting tools (ATS and sourcing platforms; Ashby and Juicebox experience is a plus)
- Ability to run sourcing and screening with autonomy and work asynchronously across time zones
- Comfortable with startup pace, ambiguity, and switching between very different role types
