Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Administer HR programs, policies, procedures, and employee communications
- Maintain HRIS records and generate reports to support business decisions
- Support training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement HR best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Passion for supporting employees and driving organizational success
