[Remote] Staff Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Euclid Power is on a mission to accelerate the world's transition to renewable energy. They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product initiatives, bridge customer pain points to product launches, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own early-stage product definition, from problem discovery to well-articulated PRDs, on ambiguous, high-leverage bets
• Embed directly with strategic customers, get into the weeds on their workflows, and translate what you learn into product solutions
• Drive engineering and design forward through influence, breaking down complex problems and building alignment without formal authority
• Make high-stakes product and technical tradeoffs, and contribute to Euclid’s long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap

Skills

• 8+ years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably a startup (series A to growth) and/or a software-driven services company
• A history of independently leading high-impact product initiatives through ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align engineering, design, and executive stakeholders without managing them
• A strong product sense, a track record of finding useful and elegant solutions to product problems
• Comfort operating with little structure: you set the priority, the framing, and the bar
• World-class written and spoken communication skills, the ability to distill complex concepts into a precise and concise frame
• An understanding of how web applications are architected, and the implications for how products are built
• Direct experience in solar, renewables, or energy, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly into a technical domain and earn credibility with expert customers
