[Remote] Engineering Manager, Customer Studios
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform that enables marketing teams to leverage data and AI for business growth. The Engineering Manager for Customer Studios will lead the development of a no-code suite of features, focusing on product development, team growth, and ensuring reliability as the product scales.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products as required to drive the business forward
- Through a combination of leadership and technical expertise, improve the pace of execution of the team
- Be responsible for growing the team, including identifying needs, deciding how to evaluate candidates, and ensuring we hire high impact team members
- Against the uphill battle of high growth/scale, up-level the team on reliability, resulting in fewer incidents, catching our own issues before our customers do, and a strong incident management hygiene
- Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation
Skills
- Experience in leading engineering teams and managing people
- Strong technical expertise in product development and execution
- Ability to improve team execution pace through leadership
- Experience in recruiting and evaluating high-impact team members
- Knowledge of reliability practices in high growth/scale environments
- Ability to foster growth and engagement among team members
- Experience with data warehouse performance optimization
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation methodologies
- Knowledge of real-time audience syncing technologies
- Experience with generative AI and its application in user workflows
